<p><h3>Orthodontist – Southwood Dental (Colonel Talbot, London, ON)</h3>
<p>Build and grow a specialty program with a strong referral base across 5 clinics</p>
<p><b>Start Date : September 11, 2025</b></p>
<p>Open to New Grads : Yes – Licensed Orthodontists in Ontario or International Orthodontists with Canadian experience considered</p>
<h3>Schedule</h3>
<ul>
<li>Twice per month to start, growing to weekly</li>
<li>Minimum 2 operatories dedicated to ortho days</li>
<li>Flexibility to help design and grow the program</li>
</ul>
<h3>Practice & Referral Network</h3>
<p>Hub at Southwood Dental Colonel Talbot with referrals from 5 additional practices (10 GPs total)</p>
<p>Treatment Coordinator + PM team managing referrals, pre-determinations, and consult coordination</p>
<h3>Clinical Scope</h3>
<ul>
<li><b>Traditional Orthodontics (brackets / wires)</b></li>
<li><b>Clear Aligners (Invisalign or equivalent – office will support preferred system)</b></li>
<li>Opportunity to shape ortho protocols, build patient flow, and establish long-term presence</li>
</ul>
<h3>Technology & Support</h3>
<ul>
<li><b>PMS :</b> Tracker | iOS, Digital X-rays, Carrier system in place (open to new systems)</li>
<li>Dedicated ortho DA being hired (opportunity to help train)</li>
<li>Strong admin and clinical support team</li> </ul>

<ul>
<li>Licensed Orthodontist (RCDSO) or experienced International Orthodontist</li>
<li>Confident in full scope of orthodontics (brackets / wires + clear aligners)</li>
<li>Personable, patient-focused, strong communicator</li>
<li><b>Self-sufficient and collaborative with GPs and staff</b></li>

<h3>About You :</h3>
<ul>
<li>Graduate from an accredited DDS / DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process</li>
<li>Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements</li>
<li>Valid CPR certification</li>
