The City of Saskatoon is seeking a collaborative and forward-thinking Organizational Development (OD) Consultant to join our Human Resources team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced OD professional who is passionate about leadership development, organizational design, culture, engagement, and employee learning.

What You'll Do


• Design and support programs that build leadership skills, improve culture, and enhance organizational performance.


• Plan, coach and consult to solve organizational challenges using data, insights, and proven OD practices.


• Support engagement, organizational design, and performance processes


• Collaborate with HR partners to improve processes and systems that impact organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications


• Degree in business, commerce, or related field


• 4–6 years' experience in Organizational Development, talent development, or related area


• Practical experience designing, facilitating and delivering and organizational development programs/solutions in large organizations.


• Strong facilitation, consulting, and communication skills


• Skilled in data analysis, organizational design, and adult learning


• HR designations (CPHR) or coaching certifications are assets

Salary Range:
$99,636.00 to $117,072.00 CAD
per annum
