Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle PaaS Administrator with a strong background in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Fusion Application Integration, especially in HCM and ERP modules.
The ideal candidate should have expertise in administering and configuring Oracle Cloud services, with deep technical knowledge in integration design, development, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage Oracle Cloud Platform services including OIC, ATP, FAW, and related components.
- Provide technical support for Oracle HCM/ERP integrations, including configuration and troubleshooting.
- Design, develop, and configure integrations between external applications and Oracle Cloud using SOAP/REST APIs.
- Perform Gen2 and Gen3 platform upgrades, including integration export/import and performance analysis.
- Automate and manage business processes using Oracle Process Cloud Service.
- Configure and manage cloud services such as ADW, OAC, and OIC, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Assess and contribute to application architecture and integration design to meet enterprise requirements.
- Coordinate across multiple project teams to deliver high-quality integration solutions.
- Handle service requests with Oracle Support, including bug resolution and root cause analysis for production issues.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle PaaS (OIC, ATP, FAW) and SaaS (ERP, HCM) integrations.
- 10+ years of overall IT experience, preferably with Oracle technology stack.
- Proven experience as an Oracle PaaS Administrator, with relevant certifications.
- Strong understanding of integration architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- Experience in API lifecycle management and cloud-based integration strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Fusion Middleware, Oracle Identity Cloud Service, and cloud automation tools.
- Exposure to data analytics platforms and data warehousing on Oracle Cloud.
- Prior experience in managing change requests, release management, and production deployments.
