Job Title: Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant (Supply Chain Planning & Manufacturing)

Remote (US-based) with mandatory travel to Troy, MI, with up to 25% travel to the client's site

Duration: 6 months (Contract-to-Hire preferred, but not mandatory) Type: Contract / C2H Start Date: Immediate

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) Consultant with deep expertise in Supply Chain Planning and Manufacturing modules to act as the primary liaison between our Supply Chain Business Head and technical/implementation teams at the client site. This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced environment requiring quick decision-making, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on configuration expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary SCM liaison for the Supply Chain Business Head, translating business requirements into actionable Oracle Fusion solutions.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and configuration for Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Replenishment Planning, Order Promising) and Manufacturing (Production Scheduling, Shop Floor Management, Costing, MES integration).
• Drive end-to-end implementation/support activities including CRP, UAT, cutover, and hyper-care.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Finance) to ensure seamless integration with ERP, EPM, and external systems.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices, process optimization, and value realization in a rapid-delivery model.
• Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary in a high-velocity environment.
• Prepare and present status updates, decision documents, and roadmaps to senior leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM with specialization in:
• Supply Chain Planning (Demand Management, Supply Planning, Planning Central, Replenishment Planning)
• Manufacturing (Discrete/Process Manufacturing, Production Execution, Work Order Management, Quality)
• Full life-cycle implementation experience (at least 2 end-to-end Fusion SCM implementations).
• Strong functional knowledge of Supply Network Planning, Backlog Management, Constraint-Based Planning, and S&OP processes.
• Expertise in Oracle Fusion Manufacturing setups: BOM, Routing, Work Definition, Costing, Outside Processing, Contract Manufacturing.
• Proficient in Fusion Data Migration (FBDI, HCM Data Loader), BIP/OTBI Reporting, and Page Composer customizations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; proven ability to interact directly with C-level executives.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities.

Travel Requirements

• 1 week per month onsite in Troy, Michigan (expenses paid).
• Remaining time fully remote.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Fusion SCM Certification (Planning or Manufacturing).
• Experience in Automotive, High-Tech, or Manufacturing industries.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, and Product Hub.
