This role is client-facing, requiring a blend of technical expertise, solution architecture, and leadership skills. You will be instrumental in leading the technical delivery track for multiple, concurrent Oracle Cloud implementation projects from design through go-live.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><p><b>Consulting & Technical Strategy</b></p><ul><li>Serve as the <b>primary technical lead and trusted advisor</b> to clients on Oracle HCM Cloud technical architecture, integration strategy, data migration, and security.</li><li>Lead and facilitate <b>design workshops</b> with clients to define technical requirements and develop robust, scalable technical solutions that align with business needs.</li><li>Provide <b>estimations, project planning input, and risk assessments</b> for the technical aspects of implementation projects.</li><li>Stay current with Oracle's quarterly updates, new features, and technical roadmaps, advising clients on impact and adoption strategies.</li></ul><p><b>Solution Delivery & Leadership</b></p><ul><li>Oversee and manage the <b>end-to-end technical delivery lifecycle</b> for Oracle HCM Cloud, ensuring quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.</li><li>Lead, mentor, and guide project technical teams (onshore and offshore) in the development of Reports, Integrations, Conversions, and Extensions (<b>RICE</b> objects).</li><li>Design and implement complex <b>integrations</b> using tools such as <b>Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)</b>, Web Services (SOAP/REST), <b>HCM Extract</b>, and other native Oracle HCM Cloud integration methods.</li><li>Drive <b>data migration strategies</b>, managing the use of Oracle data loading tools (<b>HDL, HSDL, FBDI</b>) for both initial loads and ongoing data transformation.</li><li>Lead the development of custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using <b>OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)</b> and <b>BI Publisher</b>.</li><li>Manage technical aspects of the Oracle Cloud Security Model, including role design and configuration.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Required Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><b>Education:</b> Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.</li><li>Minimum of <b>7+ years</b> of IT experience, with <b>4+ years</b> focused as a Technical Lead/Architect implementing or supporting <b>Oracle HCM Cloud</b>.</li><li>Proven experience leading the technical track on <b>at least two full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud and/or ERP/SCM Cloud implementations</b>.</li><li>Deep expertise in <b>Oracle HCM Cloud data structures, APIs, and data loading tools</b> (HDL, HSDL, FBDI).</li><li>Strong proficiency in <b>Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)</b></li><li>Expertise in <b>Oracle BI tools</b> (OTBI, BI Publisher, SmartView, FDI) and custom report development. Expertise in XSL, RTF, and eText BIP templates.</li><li>Expertise in SQL/PLSQL</li><li>Excellent <b>client-facing consulting skills</b>, including presentation, communication (written and verbal), and expectation management.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications (Highly Desirable):</b></p><ul><li>Experience with <b>Python</b>, <b>CSS</b>, <b>HTML</b>, and/or <b>JavaScript.</b></li><li>Hands-on experience with <b>Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)</b>, including data ingestion, modeling, and reporting within the platform.</li><li>Experience with <b>Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)</b> services relevant to Oracle Applications (e.g., Compute, Networking, Autonomous Database, etc.).</li><li>Familiarity or hands-on experience with <b>Oracle ERP Cloud and/or Oracle SCM Cloud</b> applications and associated technical tools.</li><li>Oracle Cloud Technical Certifications (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Integration Cloud, or specific Oracle HCM/ERP Technical certifications.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Competencies & Travel:</b></p><ul><li><b>Leadership:</b> Proven ability to lead, motivate, and direct virtual technical teams across various locations.</li><li><b>Problem-Solving:</b> Expert analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex client technical challenges.</li><li><b>Communication:</b> Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>What We Offer:</b></p><ul><li>Competitive healthcare benefits</li><li>401k retirement plan including employer match</li><li>Monthly reimbursement program to fuel your mind, body, and soul</li><li>Paid time off and company paid holidays</li><li>Paid parental leave</li><li>Family planning reimbursement program</li><li>Life insurance, short and long term disability coverage options</li><li>Mental and emotional wellness support application</li><li>Employer Assistance Program</li><li>Learning and Development resources</li><li>Commitment to work-life balance and comprehensive onboarding and on-going personal and career development</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 – 145,000 USD and will vary depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
