Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills: Oracle Cloud, SCM
- Client is seeking experience specifically in Oracle Cloud.
- Core Modules Experience:
- Order Management
- Support-focused role (not implementation or development).
- Oracle SCM (Supply Chain Management).
- Supporting Order Management and Inventory modules.
- Handling tickets, issue resolution, user queries, and system maintenance in a support environment.
- Understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Fusion SCM.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Good communication skills for end-user interaction and issue tracking.
