<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p>Salary: 55-65K per annum<br /><p>Job Overview</p><p>The Operations/Project Coordinator at Aqua Fast Flush Ltd. plays a critical role in driving operational excellence and supporting strategic decision-making. This position is responsible for leading special operational and financial analysis projects, ensuring the accuracy of invoicing, developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and managing customer and costing analytics.<br><br>The role works closely with both field and office teams to provide actionable insights that improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, a keen attention to detail, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.</p><p>Key Accountabilities</p><p>1. Special Analysis Projects</p><p>- Lead and execute operational and financial analysis projects to support strategic and operational goals.</p><p>- Gather, review, and interpret data to provide actionable insights to management.</p><p>- Present findings clearly and provide recommendations to improve business processes and outcomes.</p><p>2. Invoice Accuracy Support</p><p>- Act as a backstop for invoice review to ensure all billing is accurate, complete, and aligns with contractual agreements.</p><p>- Collaborate with the billing and client success teams to resolve discrepancies promptly.</p><p>- Implement improvements to minimize billing errors and maximize invoicing efficiency.</p><p>3. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)</p><p>- Develop, document, and maintain SOPs for critical operational functions.</p><p>- Regularly review and update SOPs to reflect operational changes, industry standards, and best practices.</p><p>- Train relevant teams on new or updated procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.</p><p>4. Customer and Costing Analytics</p><p>- Analyze customer data to identify trends, service gaps, and opportunities for improved service delivery.</p><p>- Conduct costing analysis to ensure service profitability and accurate project/job costing.</p><p>- Provide regular reporting on customer and costing analytics to leadership, highlighting opportunities for operational improvement and cost savings.</p><p>5. Continuous Improvement and Operational Support</p><p>- Collaborate across departments to identify opportunities for process improvements.</p><p>- Support the leadership team with operational insights, reporting, and special projects as assigned.</p><p>- Participate in meetings and planning sessions to ensure the operational goals of the organization are achieved.</p><p>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)</p><ul><li>- Timeliness and accuracy of special analysis project completion.</li><li>- Accuracy rate of invoice audits and billing corrections.</li><li>- Quality, clarity, and usability of developed SOPs.</li><li>- Insights and recommendations delivered through customer and costing analytics.</li><li>- Process improvements identified and implemented.</li><li>- Feedback from internal stakeholders on support and collaboration.</li></ul><p>Skills and Qualifications</p><ul><li>- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.</li><li>- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency.</li><li>- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and database/reporting tools.</li><li>- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently.</li><li>- Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.</li><li>- Previous experience in operations, business analysis, or a related field is preferred.</li></ul><p></p></p></p>Browse Jobs in Canada by City
