Imagine selling 2 vehicles to a person in one year!These are some of the many reasons why the grass is greener at the 401 Group of Companies!Location: 2200 Eagle Street North, Cambridge (On-site position)Compensation: Up to $200,000 per yearEarning potential is based on your ability to sell effectively.Hours: Open availability Monday to Thursday 9 am to 8 pm, Friday and Saturday 9 am to 5 pmWhat You Will Be Doing:Work with customers to identify their wants and needs based on approval ratesCreate relationships through phone consults and virtuallyDiscuss and educate customers on current lender requirementsConduct sales and leasing of vehicles in accordance with dealership proceduresOpportunity to increase sales volumeMonitor DealerTrack for leadsSchedule appointments with customersConsult financial institutions to obtain funding optionsClose sales by overcoming objections, negotiating price, completing sales/purchase contracts, explaining/offering warranties, services, and financingDemonstrate vehicle features by explaining characteristics and capabilitiesFollow all OMVIC & MVDA regulationsThe ideal candidate for this position is incredibly passionate about sales and customer service. Must be motivated to build rapport with customers over the phone and make the most of each lead provided to them.

Successful Online Sales staff demonstrate a consistent drive to empower and support customers through the online sales process and take advantage of our ongoing training programs to maximize earning potential.
