Our team works together to ensure safe environments for our clients while offering rewarding and long-term career opportunities for our employees.<br></p><hr><h3><b>Job Responsibilities</b><br></h3><p>As a Security Guard at Armour, you will:<br></p><ul><li><p>Patrol assigned job sites and ensure the safety of personnel, property, and assets.<br></p></li><li><p>Identify, monitor, and report security risks or suspicious activity.<br></p></li><li><p>Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.<br></p></li><li><p>Complete and submit detailed <b>daily activity and incident reports</b> through our <b>E-Armour Software App</b>.<br></p></li><li><p>Use the <b>E-Armour patrol system</b> to scan checkpoints and maintain accurate site logs.<br></p></li><li><p>Demonstrate knowledge of the <b>Criminal Code of Canada</b> and <b>Provincial Statutes</b>.<br></p></li><li><p>Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional image at all times.<br></p></li></ul><hr><h3><b>Requirements</b><br></h3><ul><li><p>Valid <b>Ontario Security Guard License</b> (Ministry-approved)<br></p></li><li><p>Fluent in <b>English and French</b> (spoken and written)<br></p></li><li><p>Basic computer and smartphone skills<br></p></li><li><p>Strong sense of <b>responsibility, reliability, and punctuality</b><br></p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<br></p></li><li><p>Ability to follow procedures and exercise sound judgment in various situations<br></p></li></ul><hr><h3><b>Preferred Qualifications</b><br></h3><ul><li><p>Experience in <b>private security, loss prevention, or event security</b><br></p></li><li><p>Knowledge of <b>emergency response procedures</b> and <b>safety regulations</b><br></p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team<br></p></li></ul><hr><h3><b>Benefits and Perks</b><br></h3><p>At <b>Armour</b>, we believe in recognizing hard work, loyalty, and dedication.
