If you’re organized, friendly, and ready to be the go-to support for our team, we’d love to hear from you!<br /><strong><br />Position Details:</strong><br /><ul><li><strong>Job Title:</strong> Office Administrator</li><li><strong>Location</strong>: Cornwall, ON</li><li><strong>Schedule</strong>: Monday to Thursday, approx. 5 hours per day</li><li><strong>Type</strong>: Part-Time, In-Office</li><li><strong>Hours</strong>: 20–25 hours per week</li></ul><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><ul><li>Answer and direct phone calls; respond to inquiries professionally</li><li>Handle <strong>accounts payable and accounts receivable</strong></li><li>Assist with <strong>payroll processing</strong></li><li>Support scheduling and help coordinate daily work for field staff</li><li>Manage invoices, data entry, and office filing systems</li><li>Track and maintain inventory records</li><li>Provide general administrative support to the team</li></ul><strong>Qualifications:</strong><ul><li>Previous office administration or bookkeeping experience preferred</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li><li>Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a busy environment</li><li>Proficient with common office software (Microsoft Office, QuickBooks or similar would be an asset)</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records</li></ul><strong>Compensation:</strong><ul><li>Pay will be <strong>based on experience</strong> and discussed with candidates during the hiring process</li></ul><strong>Why Join Us?:</strong><ul><li>Flexible part-time hours, Monday to Thursday</li><li>A supportive, small-team environment where your work truly makes a difference</li><li>Opportunity to take ownership of office processes and help things run more smoothly</li></ul><strong>Please note only qualified candidates will be contacted.</strong></p></p>
