This pivotal role supports daily office operations, coordinates administrative procedures, and ensures smooth communication between departments. The ideal candidate will also play an active role in customer service and client engagement, both in-person and online.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>Administrative Duties</p><ul><li>Manage day-to-day office operations, including supply inventory, scheduling, and filing.</li><li>Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.</li><li>Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.</li><li>Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management.</li><li>Maintain office policies and procedures.</li></ul><p>Customer Service & Client Relations</p><ul><li>Act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers.</li><li>Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.</li><li>Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.</li><li>Assist with onboarding and follow-ups for new and existing clients.</li><li>Represent the company at community events or client meetings as needed.</li></ul><p>Social Media & Online Presence</p><ul><li>Manage and schedule content for company social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).</li><li>Respond to client messages and comments across platforms in a timely manner.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to develop engaging content that reflects company branding.</li></ul><p>Qualifications & Skills</p><ul><li>2+ years of experience in an office environment</li><li>Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.</li><li>Knowledge of basic accounting principles, considered an asset</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and deadlines.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and social media platforms.</li><li>Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and a team player</li></ul><p>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent</p><p>Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>Dental care</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Extended health care</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul><p>Application question(s):</p><ul><li>Do you currently have a valid class 5 drivers license?</li><li>How many years experience do you have in Office Administration?</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>
