<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>CDC Computers is currently seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator / Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in administration and bookkeeping, with a strong focus on detail and a desire to provide excellent service.<br><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage front office activities, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and handling general inquiries.</li><li>Perform cashiering duties, ensuring all transactions are recorded and reconciled accurately.</li><li>Maintain an organized filing system for all financial documents.</li><li>Manage inventory, tracking stock levels, and coordinating necessary purchases.</li><li>Handle day-to-day purchasing, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring all procurement processes run smoothly.</li><li>Carry out bookkeeping duties, including managing accounts <span >payable/receivable,</span> reconciling bank statements, and preparing monthly financial reports.</li><li>Assist with other administrative duties as required.</li></ul><p><strong><br />Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent, further education in Business Administration or a related field will be considered an asset.</li><li>Proven experience in an office administration role, bookkeeping experience is a plus.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of bookkeeping software.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>High attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks.</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information.</li><li>Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles.</li></ul><p><strong><br />Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive salary.</li><li>Collaborative, inclusive work environment.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and development.</li></ul><p><br />Interested candidates are requested to submit their resume and a cover letter detailing their suitability for the role.<br><br>Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.
