*Requirements:* * Relocation required to Vancouver, British Columbia * Completion of the MN-NP program with a Family Nurse Practitioner designation. * Active registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) required * Clinical experience in primary healthcare

*Job Responsibilities:* * Diverse practice focused on *prevention including comprehensive primary care for all ages*, frequently addressing *chronic disease management, client education*, *and* *women’s health.* We also lead *child, youth, and young adult care programs* * Diagnose, treat, and manage *acute and chronic conditions*, including ordering tests, prescribing medications, and performing procedures. * Develop and implement *personalized care plans* in collaboration with clients. * Deliver *health promotion, education, and disease prevention* strategies. * Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure *seamless, high-quality client care.* * Provide *well-baby and pediatric care* using evidence-based guidelines. * Conduct *developmental and psychosocial screenings* for children and adolescents. * Engage in *client education* through consultations, webinars, and newsletters.
