Join our team as a Maintenance Technician and play a key role in ensuring our packaging and production equipment runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely. We’re looking for a motivated professional with strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on packaging & production equipment
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
  • Work with electrical systems, PLCs, sensors, and automation controls (if certified)
  • Minimize downtime while maintaining high safety and GMP standards
  • Keep detailed maintenance logs and documentation
  • Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements
  • Collaborate with production teams to solve recurring technical problems
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment

What You Bring:

  • 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience (packaging or manufacturing preferred)
  • 433A Millwright License (preferred or in progress)
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities
  • Experience with conveyors, fillers, sealers, and automated lines
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals
  • Welding/fabrication experience is a plus
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work shifts and overtime when required
