Join our team as a Maintenance Technician and play a key role in ensuring our packaging and production equipment runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely. We’re looking for a motivated professional with strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on packaging & production equipment
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
- Work with electrical systems, PLCs, sensors, and automation controls (if certified)
- Minimize downtime while maintaining high safety and GMP standards
- Keep detailed maintenance logs and documentation
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements
- Collaborate with production teams to solve recurring technical problems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment
✅ What You Bring:
- 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience (packaging or manufacturing preferred)
- 433A Millwright License (preferred or in progress)
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities
- Experience with conveyors, fillers, sealers, and automated lines
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals
- Welding/fabrication experience is a plus
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work shifts and overtime when required
