There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities Project Planning and Scheduling Develop project timelines and milestones for roofing jobs. Coordinate start and completion dates with clients, suppliers, and crews. Budget Management Prepare and monitor project budgets, ensuring costs stay within approved limits. Approve expenditures and track material and labor costs. Client Communication Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project. Provide updates on progress, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction. Contract and Documentation Management Prepare contracts, agreements, and change orders. Maintain records of all project-related documents for compliance and accountability. Resource Coordination Allocate human resources, equipment, and materials effectively. Ensure crews have the necessary tools and supplies for each job. Risk and Safety Oversight Identify potential risks and coordinate preventive measures. Ensure adherence to company safety policies and OSHA or local safety regulations. Vendor and Supplier Management Communicate with suppliers to order materials and schedule deliveries. Resolve supply chain or logistical issues that may affect project timelines. Team Leadership and Administration Manage project teams, assign responsibilities, and monitor performance. Facilitate team meetings, track attendance, and resolve personnel conflicts. Quality Assurance Monitoring Ensure projects meet company standards and client expectations. Inspect work regularly and coordinate corrections if required. Reporting and Performance Analysis Prepare progress reports for management and clients. Evaluate project outcomes, document lessons learned, and recommend process improvements.
