<p>Job Title: Network Services - Technical Architect</p><p>Location: Calgary (Four days onsite) - 1 day a week remote;</p><p><br></p><p>Our client is seeking a <b>Network Services Technical Architect</b> to support a large-scale <b>network divestiture project </b>involving the separation and migration of enterprise network infrastructure.</p><p>The ideal candidate will bring <b>hands-on expertise in Cisco, F5, Fortinet, and Palo Alto technologies</b>, along with a strong understanding of <b>Azure networking, routing, and security frameworks</b>. This role requires a balance of <b>technical implementation, architectural design, and cross-functional collaboration</b> to ensure a seamless transition of network services.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Lead and support network separation and migration activities for a divestiture project.</li><li>Design, implement, and troubleshoot <b>enterprise network solutions</b> using <b>Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, and F5</b>technologies.</li><li>Configure and optimize <b>Azure network components</b>, including <b>NSGs, Private Endpoints, and ExpressRoute connections</b>.</li><li>Collaborate with security and cloud teams to ensure proper network segmentation and compliance.</li><li>Maintain network stability, performance, and documentation during the transition phase.</li><li>Provide subject-matter expertise on <b>routing (BGP), firewall policies, and load balancing</b>.</li></ul><p><b>Required Skills & Experience</b></p><ul><li>Proven experience as a <b>Network Architect or Senior Network Engineer</b> in complex enterprise environments.</li><li>Strong technical proficiency with:</li><li><b>Cisco</b> (routing, switching, VPN)</li><li><b>Fortinet</b> (firewall, SD-WAN, security)</li><li><b>Palo Alto</b> (security and policy management)</li><li><b>F5</b> (load balancing and traffic management)</li><li>Hands-on experience with <b>Azure networking</b>, including:</li><li><b>Network Security Groups (NSG)</b></li><li><b>Private Endpoints</b></li><li><b>Azure ExpressRoute</b></li><li>Deep understanding of <b>BGP routing and network security principles</b>.</li></ul><p></p>Create Your Resume First
