National Sales Manager

Develop sales and marketing strategies within Canadian marketplace at end users and key distributors to increase market share and sales growth.

Sales Engagement:

·        Direct the Canadian sales team.

·        Build relationships with key distributors to increase Moldex mind share and understand the path to success with each distributor.

·        Create effective sales strategies and account plans for Canadian sales team in conjunction with sales leadership.

·        Work closely with field sales team to implement sales strategies at end users and distributors.

·        Monitor and report results to sales management.

·        Schedule sales meetings with key personnel at key end user and distributor accounts.

·        Participate in trade shows and sales meetings as appropriate.


·        Provide input and creative ideas for marketing and promotional programs for the Canadian market.

·        Monitor and report on competitive activity and industry trends.

·        Insure Moldex products are properly positioned in assigned distributor catalogs, websites and other sales or marketing content.


·        Maintain call and activities in CRM.

·        Monthly activity reports to sales management.

·        Monthly reports to individual distributors-monitor trends.

Must Have:

·        3 year or more of proven sales success in the Canadian market in the safety or related industrial B to B channel.

·        An outgoing personality that enjoys developing relationships with clients, making phone calls and closing business.

·        Persistence

·        Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

·        Experience with Microsoft Office and using a CRM. Prior experience with the use of video conferencing such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

·        A bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Nice to Have:

·        Bilingual in English/French
