<h3>The Opportunity</h3>
<p>Reporting to the President, the National Sales Manager will design and implement a strategic approach to building and growing long‑term relationships with key customers. As a key member of the Business Leadership Team, you will be responsible for driving top‑line revenue growth, developing and executing a focused sales strategy, and ensuring alignment with the company’s EOS Vision/Traction Organizer (V/TO). You will also be expected to model the company’s core values, lead with clarity, and foster a culture of discipline and accountability.</p>
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<h3>Sales Leadership & Strategy</h3>
<ul>
<li>Own and execute the company’s national sales strategy in alignment with the EOS framework.</li>
<li>Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3 sales professionals (including hiring one new team member).</li>
<li>Implement and reinforce Mike Weinberg’s New Sales Simplified principles: focus on proactive prospecting, clear messaging, and disciplined pipeline management.</li>
<li>Set and manage KPIs, scorecards, and Rocks for the sales team.</li>
<li>Drive new business development while supporting strategic account growth.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Marketing & Applications Support</h3>
<ul>
<li>Oversee the marketing function to ensure alignment with sales goals and brand positioning.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Applications Engineer to ensure technical support and solution development for prospects and customers.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Leadership Team Participation</h3>
<ul>
<li>Actively contribute to the Business Leadership Team, helping to set company-wide priorities and solve cross‑functional issues.</li>
<li>Participate in weekly Leadership Team meetings and quarterly and annual EOS planning sessions.</li>
<li>Provide clear, data‑driven updates on sales performance and market trends.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Customer & Market Engagement</h3>
<ul>
<li>Maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.</li>
<li>Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.</li>
<li>Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications and Experience</h3>
<ul>
<li>7+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial automation, robotics, or manufacturing.</li>
<li>3+ years of experience in a sales leadership role.</li>
<li>Proven success in building and managing high‑performing sales teams.</li>
<li>Deep understanding of sales process discipline, pipeline management, and CRM utilization.</li>
<li>Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Strong alignment with Mike Weinberg’s sales philosophy: proactive, focused, and customer centric.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.</li>
<li>Willingness to travel nationally as needed (approx. 25–40%).</li>
</ul>

<h3>Working Details</h3>

<li>This is a full‑time employee position.</li>
<li>The job requires some travel comprising 30‑50% of your time. Travel will vary depending on many factors; however, we wish to emphasize planned travel during the week and minimize weekends or long‑term commitments.</li>
<li>All travel expenses reimbursed at cost.</li>
<li>Laptop, and all software required to perform your duties will be paid for by the company.</li>
