Position : National Sales Manager
Territory : Ontario and Western Canada

Uniboard is looking for a National Sales Manager for Ontario and Western Canada based in Toronto.
Your Day To Day
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales Canada and Customer Service:
Develop the skills of each of the representatives in your team; support them in taking charge of their roles as well as in carrying out their responsibilities; see to the optimization of the territories defined for them, both in terms of penetration and profitability.
Ensure loyalty to the brand as well as to representatives of the designated territories; promote value-added products to our distributors and their main customers.
Analyze the results in order to suggest areas for improvement.
Participate in various corporate events.
Assist as needed in interventions with our manufacturing customers, major developers and others with a view to increasing sales.
Collaborate closely with all Uniboard departments (specification, marketing, administration, etc.)
Manage sales activities and the needs of our customers in your region
The Essentials
Bachelor’s degree in administration or equivalent.
A minimum of 5 years as a national and/or regional sales manager with a team of at least 3 to 5 territory managers on the road.
Experience in the building materials/panels industry (major asset).
Knowledge of the distribution and manufacturing environment (major asset).
Knowledge and ease of use of Microsoft Office software, CRM and web applications.
You must be a motivator and even a leader with an entrepreneurial spirit!
Expert in problem solving.
Open-mindedness and excellent communication skills.
You must be in solutions and efficiency mode.
