Job Description

Westburne is looking for a National Marketing Manager who can operate in both English and French and drive national marketing outcomes across a complex B2B distribution network. This leader will oversee multi channel performance, guide internal teams and elevate supplier partnerships. This role is responsible for driving national marketing performance for Westburne Canada. You own digital growth, supplier marketing, demand generation and multi-channel execution across a one hundred branch network. You function as a strategic partner to Sales and senior leadership, ensuring marketing delivers measurable revenue impact.

What you will do


  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across SEM, SEO, paid social, web, email, partner programs and branch activation.
  • Use sales data, product performance, and branch insights to create targeted demand generation programs.
  • Manage CRM environments including Dynamics, segmentation, automation and reporting.
  • Lead social and content functions with clear direction and high creative standards.
  • Oversee campaign development, execution, analysis, and optimization.
  • Own budgets, MDF, invoicing, and vendor coordination.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendor partners in the electrical industry.
  • Support national events, trade shows, branch initiatives, and loyalty programs.
  • Drive innovation in digital and B2B marketing practices.
  • Own the end-to-end supplier marketing strategy to grow top-of-funnel pipeline and accelerate growth
  • Lead full-funnel growth initiatives with an emphasis on Middle and Bottom expansion across paid, organic, ABM, and emerging channels for suppliers.
  • Own the full supplier marketing engine, shaping strategy and execution to expand top funnel activity and deliver sustained growth.
  • Set the performance framework, monitor the right metrics, and convert insights into decisive actions that improve efficiency and scale. Anchor on CAC, LTV, retention, conversion and measurable lift.
  • Build and execute B2B strategies grounded in vertical relevance and precise personas to raise lead quality, grow revenue, increase commodity pull through and accelerate pipeline movement.
  • Partner with Sales, Branch Managers, Division Managers, General Managers, Performance Marketers, Revenue Operations, Product and Data to build cohesive go-to market strategy and a seamless customer journey that maximizes revenue outcomes.
  • Introduce new ideas, new channels and stronger marketing mechanics appropriate for B2B distribution.


What you bring


  • Bilingual capability in English and French.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and demand generation.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, CRM tools, and multi-channel advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills applied to sales data, funnel diagnostics, and performance modeling.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage agencies, and coordinate cross functional stakeholders.
  • Self-directed approach with high judgment and problem-solving capability.
  • Proven track record driving growth strategy in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
  • B2B experience is required. Electrical distribution or industrial sector experience is an asset.
