<p><span><strong>JOB SUMMARY: </strong></span></p><ul style="list-style-type:square;padding-left:24px;"><li><p ><span >The ideal candidate will have demonstrated knowledge of administration processes and preferably within a professional services environment.</span><span> </span></p></li><li><p ><span>They will have strong diplomatic, negotiation and conflict resolution skills. </span></p></li><li><p ><span>They must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal and external contacts.</span></p></li><li><p ><span>Must possess a high level of morale judgment for handling confidential information. </span></p></li></ul><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul style="list-style-type:square;padding-left:24px;"><li><p ><span >Manage Work Order System (IFM Hub) by updating the status of work orders and /or completing same </span></p></li><li><p ><span >Support in fulfillment of new requests, along with guard extensions</span></p></li><li><p ><span >Ensure that work order process is followed per guidelines</span></p></li><li><p ><span >Document all requests for guard and mobile service </span></p></li><li><p ><span >Follow-up on missing work orders number/purchase orders</span></p></li><li><p ><span >Run reports or pull data from Securitas Mobile Vision as required</span></p></li><li><p ><span >Collaborate with NAM on projects and assist in management project timelines</span></p></li><li><p ><span >Produce and modify quotations in response to a request from a project manager</span></p></li><li><p ><span >Complete and maintain Job Log for all service requests sent internally or subcontractors</span></p></li><li><p ><span >Note any alarm trends identified and report to National Accounts Manager </span></p></li><li><p ><span >Assist in promoting client satisfaction </span></p></li><li><p ><span >Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including excel </span></p></li><li><p ><span >Bilingual in French, an asset</span></p></li><li><p ><span >Other duties as assigned.</span></p></li></ul><p ><span ><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong>:</span></p><ul style="list-style-type:square;padding-left:24px;"><li><p ><span ><span >Post-secondary diploma in Business or related field is required.  </span></span></p></li><li><p ><span>3 years of experience in an administration and operational experience, preferably within the Security industry.</span></p></li></ul><p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AT ENTRY Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position. MINIMUM HIRING STANDARDS • Must be at least 18 years of age. • Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., pager or phone). • Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private). • Must have the legal right to work in the Canada. • Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English and French in the province of Quebec. • Must have a High School Diploma or GED. • Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including background investigation. Education/Experience: High School Diploma or G.E.D. and 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company. Competencies (as demonstrated through experience, training, and/or testing): • Thorough understanding of standard office procedures and practices. • Demonstrated knowledge of mathematical concepts including computation of rates, ratios, percentages, averages and reconciliation. • Ability to interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagrammatic, or schedule form. • Ability to use personal computers and office productivity software. • Ability to write original correspondence. • Excellent planning, organizing, and project coordination skills. • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely. • Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures. • Ability to be an effective team member and handle projects responsibly. • Courteous and professional telephone manner, with accuracy in taking messages. • Strong customer and results orientation. </p><p>WORKING CONDITIONS (Physical/Mental Demands) With or without reasonable accommodation, requires the physical and mental capacity to perform effectively all essential functions.
