Multidisciplinary Museum Exhibition Designer

We provide interpretive planning and exhibit design services to an international clientele of museums, science centres and other cultural attractions.

We are looking to add a few exceptional people to our studio in Vancouver, BC, Canada. If you are equipped to take on any (or all) of the following roles, we want to hear from you!



Exhibit Designer

  • Post-secondary education in exhibit design, industrial design, architecture or a similar program
  • Minimum 4 years experience designing exhibitions for museums or similar institutions
  • Ability to develop and articulate a clear design rationale
  • Proficiency in sketching with pens, pencils or pixels
  • Ability to visually communicate complex topics
  • Proficiency with Vectorworks and MacOS
  • Ability to contribute in a collaborative, creative environment

Interaction Designer

  • Post-secondary education in interaction design or a similar program
  • Minimum 4 years experience developing interactive exhibits for museums or similar institutions
  • Ability to develop and articulate a clear design rationale
  • Proficiency in sketching with pens, pencils or pixels
  • Ability to visually communicate complex topics
  • Proficiency with MacOS and related software
  • Ability to contribute in a collaborative, creative environment


Project Manager

  • Overseeing project schedules
  • Monitoring budgets and schedules
  • Managing communication among team members
  • Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Liaising with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders

Preference will be shown to candidates who can demonstrate any of the following unique qualifications:

  • Personal lived experience with First Nations, Metis and/or Inuit culture
  • Experience liaising with Indigenous communities, elders and knowledge-keepers
  • Understanding of Indigenous ways of knowing
  • Fluency in English and an Indigenous language spoken by First Nations, Metis and/or Inuit peoples
  • Experience with “Canadian Aboriginal Syllabics” or similar method of typesetting
