Role Description
We’re looking for a Motion Designer to bring Pyko’s story to life. This is a project-based position with the flexibility to work remotely. The Motion Designer will create high-impact visual content across product videos, social campaigns, and user interface animations. You’ll work closely with our creative and engineering teams to transform complex ideas into motion making intelligence not only functional, but feel alive. Daily responsibilities include producing cinematic motion graphics, editing videos, color grading, animating typography and UI elements, and helping shape Pyko’s visual identity through motion.
Qualifications
• Proficient in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and motion design workflows
• Strong understanding of color, composition, and visual rhythm
• Skilled in video editing, text animation, and creating motion-based storytelling
• Experience designing and animating UI/UX elements and micro-interactions
• Attention to detail and a refined sense of visual timing
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Previous experience in creative, tech, or education-focused projects is a plus
