<p>The Role:</p>

<ul>
<li>
<p>Perform skilled maintenance and repairs on <strong>automated production machinery</strong> and <strong>building mechanical systems</strong></p>

<li>
<p>Diagnose mechanical and system issues, replace/repair faulty parts, and test equipment performance</p>

<li>
<p>Conduct <strong>preventive maintenance</strong> to minimize downtime and support production goals</p>

<li>
<p>Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems</p>

<li>
<p>Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and technical drawings</p>

<li>
<p>Use a wide range of hand and power tools safely and effectively</p>

<li>Take initiative on other duties as assigned to support a high-performing, safety-focused team
</ul>

<p>You Bring:</p>

<ul>
<li>
<p><strong>433A Industrial Mechanic Millwright and/or 426A Construction Millwright</strong> Certificate of Qualification</p>

<li>
<p>Experience as a millwright apprentice in a manufacturing setting? <strong>You’re welcome to apply!</strong></p>

<li>
<p>Proven skills in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment</p>

<li>
<p>Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, and basic electrical systems</p>

<li>
<p>Ability to read blueprints, operation standards, and technical manuals</p>

<li>
<p>A team-player mindset with a strong focus on safety and reliability</p>
