<p><h3>Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Technical / Development Team Lead</h3>
<p>BDO Canada is seeking an experienced <b>Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Technical / Development Team Lead</b> to join our Solution Operations (Managed Services) Practice. The role can be based anywhere in Canada.</p>
<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Design and develop Microsoft Dynamics systems to meet business needs.</li>
<li>Accountable for development related to software enhancements, extensions, defect corrections, and integration of features in Dynamics 365 F&O.</li>
<li>Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions across technologies.</li>
<li>Leverage the D365 F&O technology stack and peripheral technologies such as Azure, Azure SQL, Power BI, Common Data Service, Power Apps, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Machine Learning, etc.</li>
<li>Take a user‑centered approach and rapidly iterate.</li>
</ul>

<h3>Experience and Education</h3>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations development experience, ideally with a consulting firm working with external clients.</li>
<li>Ability to mentor/coach junior developers.</li>
<li>Advanced development skills using X++.</li>
<li>Establish and apply development best practices.</li>
<li>Knowledge of two or more technologies: Azure, Power Apps, SSRS, SQL, C#/.NET.</li>
<li>Experience with Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines, TFVC, VSTS, JSON, OData, SOAP, REST, Azure Logic Apps (asset).</li>
<li>Hands‑on experience in Lifecycle Services (LCS).</li>
<li>Preferred: knowledge of Azure Data Lake and DIXF (Data Integration Framework).</li>
