If you are interested in building global challenger brands, scaling a business, and working in a values-driven environment, we want to hear from you!**The Opportunity**We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative **Medical Sales Planning Analyst** to manage and maintain accurate sales forecasts for our medical channel. This role plays a key part in aligning commercial expectations with operational execution by ensuring the demand plan reflects the latest trends, assortment changes, and market dynamics.This role will work closely with cross-functional partners in Category, Innovation, Medical Operations, and Supply Planning to support inventory availability, new product planning, and timely communication of changes that impact the business.**Responsibilities*** Maintain and update the medical sales forecast, ensuring alignment with trends and market performance.* Analyze sales history, market activity, and commercial input to recommend forecast adjustments.* Lead new product forecasting for the medical channel, including volumes, launch timelines, and stakeholder communication.* Collaborate with Category, Innovation, and Medical Operations to keep the assortment plan accurate and current.* Communicate product assortment changes (additions, removals, delays) to all relevant teams.* Partner with Supply Planning to confirm inventory support for demand and launches.* Support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process by providing Medical channel input on volumes, seasonality, and new product pipeline.**Experience*** 3 years of experience in demand planning, sales planning, or supply chain within a regulated industry (pharmaceutical or medical cannabis experience is an asset).* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret trends and adjust forecasts accordingly.* Experience with planning systems (Rapid Response or similar) is preferred.* Proven ability to manage cross-functional communication across Commercial, Category, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.* Strong Excel skills: experience with forecasting or analytics tools is an asset.* Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proactive approach to follow-up and accountability.**Other Details**This is a full-time position based remotely within Ontario.We appreciate your interest, and promise to review all applications, but we will only be contacting those who best fit the requirements.We welcome and encourage applications from people with disabilities.
