BC Cancer is looking for a Medical Oncologist to join its Vernon Clinic team, at Vernon Jubilee Hospital, located in British Columbia’s beautiful Southern Interior Region.</p><p><b>The Successful Applicant Will</b></p><ul><li>Work with a well-established small team of specialized medical oncologists, GP oncologists, and allied health professionals.</li><li>Participate in clinical, educational, administrative, and research activities.</li><li>Report to the Department Head of Medical Oncology at BC Cancer – Kelowna</li></ul><p>Service contract and salary options are available.</p><p><b>What You Bring</b></p><ul><li>Fellowship standing in the Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons of Canada in Internal Medicine, along with a certificate of Special Competence in Medical Oncology.</li><li>Eligibility for full licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia.</li><li>Eligibility for appointment to medical staff of BC Cancer, and Vernon Jubilee Hospital.</li><li>Eligibility for a clinical appointment to the University of British Columbia, Division of Medical Oncology in the Department of Medicine.</li></ul><p>The City of Vernon is well known for its beautiful setting amid valleys, mountains, rivers, and lakes.
