12 month contract 4x per week on-site in Brampton Pay: $30-35/hr Must-Haves: 4 years in media planning, account, or campaign management (CPG, Retail experience an asset) Performance and digital media marketing Experience in client services type environment – leading end to end account support Experience with GOOGLE SUITE and Digital Media Channel s such as Facebook Business Manager, DV360, Google Ads, Social Media, etc. Strong grasp of marketing and media products in the marketplace Thorough understanding of marketing, creative, planning, ad ops Prior project management experience w. the ability to work successfully with teams, handling multiple projects, and meeting tight deadlines under pressure, Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma in a related field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or Advertising (Flex to unrelated degree/diploma if over 4 years of experience) Key Responsibilities: Campaign Planning : Lead annual and campaign planning for brand partners, translating marketing objectives into media strategies. Collaboration : Partner with various teams to develop programs, manage campaigns, and provide optimization recommendations.

Financial Management : Handle forecasting, budget tracking, contracting, and billing resolutions. Execution & Reporting : Oversee campaign execution, creative asset trafficking, and performance analysis. Continuous Improvement : Evaluate media across key metrics, identify process optimizations, and implement changes.

Core Competencies: Media Tactics & Planning: Proficient in digital and traditional media tactics, identifying KPIs, and planning short- and long-term media strategies. Problem-Solving & Analysis: Strong problem-solving skills, conducting fact-based analysis, and making reasoned judgments. Execution & Organization: Ensures tactics remain on brand, manages multiple projects, and operates effectively in fast-paced environments Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, team-oriented, and passionate about collaboration.

Plusses CPG, large retail or beauty/HABA experience is a STRONG plus.
