Reporting to the Director of Marketing, youll execute projects and campaigns across a variety of channels, including social, PR, email, print, digital channels, and more.</p><p><br /></p><p>This role is perfect for someone who loves the outdoors, thrives in a growing company, and wants to grow in experience across marketing channels.<br /></p><p><br /></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>Campaign & Sales Support</p><ul><li>Create and distribute emails and newsletters to engage, nurture, and convert leads.</li><li>Collaborate with the graphic designer to edit, update, and review sales collateral, conference materials, and other assets that support the sales team.</li><li>Support the Director of Marketing to ensure timely follow-up, consistent messaging, and alignment with lead-generation goals.</li><li>Monitor and route inbound leads from social media and other channels to the sales team in a timely manner.</li><li>Research to expand contact lists and support business development efforts.</li><li>Execute advertising campaigns across selected platforms, track performance metrics, and optimize placements in line with strategic guidance from the Director of Marketing.</li></ul><p>Content & Digital Presence</p><ul><li>Collaborate with the SEO Manager and coordinate with team members across the organization to execute, write, edit, and review website copy, blog posts, and more to inform and convert prospects.</li><li>Collaborate with the SEO Manager to ensure content is optimized for search visibility and lead generation.</li><li>Create captions for existing videos and imagery and post social media content to social channels to drive reach and engagement.</li><li>Maintain accurate, on-brand messaging and imagery across all touchpoints.</li></ul><p>Project Management</p><ul><li>Manage timelines and task lists, tracking progress to meet deadlines.</li><li>Communicate updates and feedback clearly to team members and key stakeholders.</li><li>Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.</li></ul><p>Performance & Reporting</p><ul><li>Use tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and platform insights to monitor performance.</li><li>Track key metrics and report results to the Director of Marketing.</li><li>Provide recommendations based on results and trends in the marketplace.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Recent graduate to 5 years of marketing experience (open to mid-career marketers ready to grow).</li><li>Strong writing and editing skills required; portfolio or samples are encouraged.</li><li>Familiarity with email marketing platforms, social scheduling tools, or basic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe) is a plus.</li><li>A degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field is nice to have but not required.</li><li>Strong project management skills including goal setting and timeline management.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Collaborative and receptive to feedback, comfortable working in a growing company.</li><li>A selfstarter attitude with an ability to deliver highquality work with minimal supervision.</li><li>Organized, detailoriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.</li><li>Curious and eager to learn with a passion for the outdoors and a desire to support communityfocused projects.</li><li>Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment in marketing.</li><li>Willing to travel up to 25% for conferences, events, and project support.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Why Join Us</p><ul><li>Gain hands-on experience across marketing channels.</li><li>Receive mentorship and direction from an experienced Director of Marketing with 15+ years of experience in the field.</li><li>Be part of a mission-driven team bringing nature-based learning and play to communities across North America.</li><li>Performance-based growth opportunities.</li></ul></p></p>Create Your Resume First
