Marketing Research Analyst

Our client is seeking an experienced Marketing Researcher/Analyst to support customer insights and experience initiatives.

This role involves providing expert-level research across a variety of strategic studies, including market sentiment surveys, brand tracking, and firmographic analyses.

Please note: Existing Reliability/Enhanced Clearance is required for this position


Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret primary and secondary market research to guide business strategies.
  • Contribute to quality assurance processes and peer review to ensure methodological rigor and accuracy.
  • Present findings through clear, engaging visualizations and storytelling tailored to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow researchers to identify emerging trends and new opportunities.
  • Design, program, and report on surveys across multiple research initiatives.
  • Support the enhancement of research workflows, tools, documentation, and best practices across the team.
  • Conduct robust analysis of both quantitative and qualitative data to uncover actionable insights aligned with organizational priorities.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing research or customer insights roles, either on the client or supplier side.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as SPSS and Excel for quantitative analysis.
  • Strong understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • In-depth understanding of survey design principles and best practices.
  • Experience in building and executing market-facing research programs.
  • Demonstrated skill in insight storytelling, data visualization, and delivering presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and a team player.
  • An existing reliability/enhanced clearance is required for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with economic/trade research, or international market analysis or similar.
  • Advanced proficiency with the Qualtrics Experience Management platform.
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies in a research or product environment.
  • Bilingualism in English and French is considered a strong asset.
