The role will involve drafting, editing, development and distribution of marketing and promotional materials in print and online, while aligning with corporate marketing plans.Creating the weekly flyer and newsletter in both print and digital formatsDesign, execute and manage our online marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including images & video reels for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTokManage and monitor feedback and engagement on social media platformsAssist with managing restaurant appsDesign of internal and external contestsSuccessful Applicant will: Bring new and innovative ideas to our Marketing TeamHave attention to detail and able to multitask in a fast-paced environmentHave good judgment about what captures people’s attention and gets people talkingMeet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and adhering to brand guidelinesHave excellent written and verbal communication skills to develop and execute the voice and brand of Red Barn MarketOutgoing personality, able to work independently and with a teamOur culture attracts proactive self-starters who exhibit good judgment, innovation, candid communication, inclusion, integrity, passion, and curiosity.
