For more information, please reach out directly to Catherine at Roles and ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the sales and management teams to conduct in-depth research on industry trends, current and prospective projects, products, and preferences of the target audience.

Identify effective communication techniques for proposing and formulating communication campaigns.Apply your creativity based on assessments and findings to generate compelling written content for various marketing initiatives, such as website copy, social and online media content, email campaigns, brochures, direct mail, newsletters, and other promotional materials and multimedia.Present design ideas and recommendations to both the sales and executive teams.Take charge of managing content on company website, offering suggestions on structure and content to enhance business and talent opportunities.Source and collaborate with external vendors to develop marketing strategies and materials, including scheduling and creating filming scripts and production plans for marketing videos, project galleries, videography, and photography.Liaise with members of the Senior Leadership Team to prepare engaging and visually appealing presentations for various purposes, including client presentations, business development, and corporate town halls.Draft speeches for executive management, including the CEO, and provide assistance in finalizing them.Collaborate with different departments to design internal resources, such as Health, Safety & Environmental materials, and Orientation & Onboarding materials.Evaluate the success of completed campaigns by tracking and recording metrics like conversion rates, customer satisfaction, increased brand awareness, and ROI. Present the results to the sales and executive management teams.Represent the company at trade shows and community fairs, manning the company booth and networking to enhance brand awareness and promote company projects and products.Perform any other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Skills3-5 years in a Marketing or Communications specialist position. Post secondary diploma in Marketing, Communications or related field is required.

Strong communicator and storyteller – experienced in corporate copywriting, presentation development, and highly proficient in PowerPointExperience in event planning with a passion for executing in alignment to the visionExceptional interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skillsSelf-motivated, proactive individual who can excel independently and manage own projects and deadlines. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent social media marketing skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareWe know great people know great people!.
