Reporting to the Director of</p><p>Engineering and Sustainability, you will be responsible for planning and preparing engineering</p><p>designs, estimates and specifications for routine municipal infrastructure projects, reviewing all</p><p>general capital projects and engineering plans submitted by contractors, subdividers and</p><p>developers to ensure they meet established municipal standards.</p><p>The successful candidate will be a Professional Engineer with municipal experience and able to</p><p>act as the Responsible Registrant (RR) for the City’s Permit to Practice and fulfill all duties</p><p>required by the RR under Engineer and Geoscientist guidelines.</p><p>This position offers a salary of $116,400 – $133,661 per year together with an attractive benefit</p><p>package.
