We also provide continuous training to provide the necessary tools for success. </p><p><b>Position Title:</b> Inside Sales Manager, Central</p><p><b>Terms of employment:</b> Full time Permanent position<br/><br/></p><p><b>Schedule:</b> Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm / 37.5 hours</p><p><b>Location:</b> 5789 Coopers Ave, Mississauga, ON </p><p><b>Responsibilities: </b></p><li>Developing and implementing inside sales strategies.</li><li>Lead the training and development of team members to ensure they possess the skills and knowledge needed to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive sales growth.</li><li>Manage the day-to-day operations of the inside sales team to drive results and maintain high service standards.</li><li>Developing inside sales SOPs</li><li>Monitoring and measuring customer satisfaction.</li><li>Collaboration with Marketing, Outside Sales, and Product Development to align strategies to improve the customer experience and drive sales growth.</li><li>Staying up to date with customer experience & sales strategy trends.</li><li>Conducting market research to identify customer needs and adjust the inside sales strategy accordingly.</li><p><b>To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements</b>:</p><li>Post-secondary education in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant management experience.</li><li>5 years of experience in Inside Sales Management experience</li><li>Strong background or working knowledge in pneumatics, electrical engineering, and hydraulics</li><li>Experience in managing a team and developing and implementing customer experience strategies.</li><li>Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals and objectives.</li><li>Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software, customer survey tools, and other relevant technologies.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders to achieve common goals.</li><li>Adaptability to changing customer needs, industry trends, and company priorities.</li><li>Ability to analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.</li><p>If this describes you, we encourage you to <b>APPLY NOW! </b></p><p>Please email, <b>talent@wainbee.com</b><b> or call 905-568-1700; ext.2270</b></p><p>We look forward to meeting you!</p>Create Your Resume First
