Job Description:

We are seeking a results-oriented FP&A Manager to lead the company’s financial planning and analysis function. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker who can partner with senior leadership to guide financial decision-making and drive business performance.

As the FP&A Manager, you will own the budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting processes, while delivering actionable insights that shape the company’s strategic direction. You will manage cross-functional collaboration, lead financial planning initiatives and help to continue to steer the business towards long-term growth and profitability.
Responsibilities:

Lead the financial planning in analysis function, overseeing company, wide, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes to ensure alignment with strategic objectives collaborate with executive leadership and department heads to provide financial insights influence, decision-making and support key strategic initiatives.

Manage and develop forecasting models and reporting frameworks, providing visibility to business performance risks and opportunities across all functions on the monthly and quarterly financial reporting process, including variance analysis KPI‘s dashboards and executive level reporting packages.

Act a strategic business partner to department such as sales, marketing and operations, offering financial expertise and recommendations to improve efficiency and ROI.

Lead financial reviews and planning sessions, ensuring the teams are aligned with corporate targets, and make data driven decisions implement and refine keep performance indicators and financial metrics to ensure success monitor financial health and support operational improvements.

Identify and drive process improvement, automation opportunities, and business practices in financial modeling, reporting and planning tools, ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial data and collaboration with accounting, including support for month-end close and financial audits.

Deliver high-quality insightful ad-hoc analysis to support strategic projects, board presentations and investment decisions. TMGNY

Job Requirements:
Qualifications:


CPA designation or MBA/CFA certification.

5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A within a growing organization.

Ability to challenge the status quo and proactively identify and implement improved approaches.

Analytical mind with strong problem-solving and conceptual skills.
