Salary: 25-28/hour
Larlyn Property Management is looking for an experienced Handyman Maintenance Technician to support ourSouthwestern Ontarioportfolio.
This position is a full-time opportunity for a highly motivated individual who can work independently or within a team.
Daily general maintenance tasks may include:
- Prepare a unit for re-renting: cabinet hardware adjustments, replace bathroom ceiling fans, replace light fixtures, etc.
- Minor plumbing
- Outside maintenance work. ie. install/re-level patio stone walkways, gardening, minor landscaping
- Dry Wall patching and installation including taping, mudding and sanding to prepare walls for painting
- Painting Interior and Exterior
- Fence, Deck, Gate, Railings, Stairs repairs and construction
- Build walls and partitions
- Assemble furniture, desks, credenza, chairs, etc.
- Install, clean, repair eaves troughs, down spouts
- Trouble shoot leaks, rattles, whines, hums, and other noises to determine source and problem
- Basic Heating and Cooling system maintenance and repair
- Performs general clean up of facilities.
Skills should include:
- Strong Customer Skills
- Fluent in English
- Time Management is a Must
- Able to complete paperwork neatly and accurate
- Dependable
Must have own tools and vehicle (truck or trailer preferable) to be eligible for this opportunity.
This position is required to be available for on-call duties on a rotating basis with other employees.
We offer a salary position at a competitive wage and a benefit package.
Monday Friday, 9am 5pm.
Based out of our London office.
Salary Range:
$25.00 to $28.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
