This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected employer, where your building maintenance expertise will directly support operations in a clean, professional environment.</p><p>What You’ll Do</p><p>Perform building repairs and upkeep, including:</p><ul><li>Painting & touch-ups</li><li>Drywall patching & repair</li><li>Ceiling panel replacement & installation</li><li>Minor roof repairs (non-structural)</li><li>Assist with light carpentry and fixture replacements</li><li>Conduct inspections and respond promptly to repair requests</li><li>Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment, following GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)</li><li>Collaborate with the facility’s maintenance management team</li></ul><p>What We’re Looking For</p><ul><li>Experience in building/facility maintenance, construction, or repair work</li><li>Skilled in painting, drywall, carpentry, and general building upkeep</li><li>Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment</li><li>Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail</li><li>Able to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Physically capable of lifting, climbing, and working at heights when required</li></ul><p>Pay & Benefits</p><p>✅ Competitive Pay</p><p>✅ All tools, materials, and PPE provided</p><p>✅ Full-time stability with a respected food manufacturer</p><p> </p></p>Company Description<p>Discover the 3PL Inc.
