We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance operations at our new Brampton shop.

- Compensation: Up to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support all maintenance staff and daily shop operations
- Perform hands-on repairs and oversee vehicle and equipment servicing
- Implement and manage preventative maintenance schedules
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and internal standards
- Track maintenance expenses, inventory, and fuel usage
- Recruit, train, and evaluate shop personnel
- Coordinate safety meetings and enforce safety procedures
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Class B CDL (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Prior supervisory experience in a maintenance/shop setting
- Strong mechanical skills including air brakes, inspections, and welding
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance software (e.g., TMW, JDEdwards)
- Full set of hand tools required
Working Conditions:
- Shop environment with exposure to weather, noise, and mechanical hazards
- Physical requirements include lifting up to 100 lbs and extended standing/walking
