Our client, a leader in the coatings industry, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their team. As a Maintenance Manager, you will be part of the operations department supporting a dedicated team of technicians and welders. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a hands-on approach, and excellent problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Maintenance Manager Location: Brampton, ON Pay Range: $100,000 – $120,000 What’s the Job?. Oversee the maintenance and repair of custom-built machinery including paint lines and welding equipment. Lead a team of technicians and ensure optimal performance of all equipment.
Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime. Collaborate with the production team to address any machinery-related issues. Provide training and support to team members during the transition period.
What’s Needed?. Red Seal Millwright 433A license is a must Experience in maintenance management, preferably in the coatings or paint industry. Strong understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC systems.
Ability to lead a team and foster a collaborative work environment. Hands-on experience with machinery repair and maintenance. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
