About the Role
Our Client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mail Associate to join our team. You’ll be responsible for handling mail operations, shipping/receiving, and basic printing tasks.
Pay-17.5/hr
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process outgoing mail and packages using postal, air express, and freight services.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and supplies.
- Operate mailroom equipment including inserters, sorters, and finishing machines.
- Perform basic color printing using production printers.
- Track and manage shipments using automated systems.
- Maintain accurate logs and records for accountable mail.
- Perform mail merges, labeling, and electronic mail distribution (scanning and emailing).
- Assemble and package materials for fulfillment orders.
- Conduct quality checks on outbound mail.
- Deliver and pick up mail on scheduled runs.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a professional or client-facing environment.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and be on your feet 80% of the time.
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience working on a dock (if applicable).
- Familiarity with material handling equipment (please specify if required).
