The team is expanding significantly and is looking for CNC Machinists who are confident operating CNC lathes and/or mills in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.</p><p>This is an excellent opportunity for machinists who enjoy <strong>production machining</strong>, fine-tuning cycle times, and working with <strong>brand-new equipment</strong>. If you&#39;re someone who takes pride in hitting targets accurately and efficiently, this environment is built for you.</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></p><ul><li>Operate CNC lathes and/or mills in accordance with established safety and quality procedures</li><li>Load and unload raw materials, verify correct materials, and manage basic material tracking</li><li>Perform <strong>pre-use machine checks</strong> to identify wear, tool condition, and potential issues</li><li>Monitor machining processes, intervene when parts fall out of specification, and replace inserts or adjust offsets as needed</li><li>Measure in-process and finished parts using precision measurement tools</li><li>Deburr, mark, and prepare parts for the next production step</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area</li><li><br /></li></ul><p><strong>Equipment & Work Environment</strong></p><ul><li>Brand-new CNC equipment (Puma platform)</li><li>Programs are pre-set, with three primary part types</li><li>Start by operating <strong>two</strong> machines, with progression toward <strong>up to four</strong> per operator</li><li>One on-shift supervisor and supportive team environment</li><li>Brand-new <strong>large facility</strong> with room for continued expansion</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Must-Have Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience operating CNC lathes and/or mills in a manufacturing environment</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions</li><li>Comfortable using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measurement tools</li><li>Ability to safely lift and move materials up to 50 lbs</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Nice-to-Haves (Not Required):</strong></p><ul><li>Formal machining certificate or apprenticeship (not required to be Red Seal)</li><li>Experience in high-volume production environments</li><li>Previous experience running multiple machines simultaneously</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Shifts Available</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Day Shift:</strong> Monday–Thursday</li><li><strong>Evening Shift:</strong> Monday–Thursday</li><li><strong>Weekend Shifts:</strong> Rotating 12-hour schedules</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Compensation & Employment Details</strong></p><ul><li><strong>$22–$28/hr</strong> depending on experience and shift</li><li>Full-time, long-term opportunity</li><li>Overtime and shift premiums may be available depending on schedule</li><li>Full onboarding and machine-specific training provided</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Why Join This Team</strong></p><ul><li>Rapid-growth environment with opportunities to grow your skill set</li><li>Exposure to <strong>brand-new</strong> CNC equipment</li><li>Stable production volume with a long-term supply contract in place</li><li>Be part of a <strong>new and growing team</strong> where your contribution has real impact</li></ul><p><br /></p></p></p>
