LTO Assignment: Gr 9 Geography, Gr 10 Civics and Careers 1.00 FTE
The Ottawa Catholic School Board (OCSB) is seeking a Long Term Occasional Teacher to cover for a teacher on leave at a specified school. This position is open to qualified applicants who meet the following criteria:
- Applicants must be in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers.
- Successful completion of the Sexual Abuse Prevention Training through OCT.
Salary: The salary ranges from $51,234.00 to $119,943.00, effective September 1, 2025, as per the OECTA Collective Agreement.

The selection process involves identifying the three most senior qualified applicants available for the assignment. If fewer than three qualified applicants apply, the board may select from the qualified pool or hire externally if no qualified applicants are available or accept the position.
Applicants not currently employed by OCSB will need to submit a recent negative PRC for the Vulnerable Sector as part of the hiring process.
