We are an adaptable, solution-focused, fast-paced team looking for an energetic Customer Warehouse Coordinator who would like to have a rare opportunity to join one of Canada’s fastest-growing companies. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication and execution across customer service, warehouse operations, and account management. You’ll be responsible for resolving service inquiries that require warehouse coordination—including order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery—while maintaining a high standard of customer experience. What you’ll be doing: * Responsible for the timely and satisfactory resolution of customer tickets requiring coordination of activities with the warehouse teams, including order fulfillment, inventory, storage and delivery * Serve as liaison between customer support, warehouse and account management teams to resolve customer inquiries (via phone, chat and email channels) * Maintain industry-leading client experience for merchants and end customers * Organize, prioritize and route ticket resolution tasks and activities to the right partners within the warehouse, customer support and account management teams * Providing updates to relevant parties (SLA’s, progress reports, escalations, etc.) * Manage communications with merchants and customers through omnichannel service platform * Attending daily operations and escalation meetings, representing warehouse and merchant considerations. * Provide warehouse subject matter expertise to new merchants during implementation and onboarding process * Optimize existing customer resolution processes and documentation in warehouse, customer support and account management teams to improve the client experience * Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives focused on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: * A bachelor’s degree in business, operations or related field or equivalent professional experience * Minimum of 2 years in customer service, customer support or client experience * Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehousing operations and logistics * Familiarity with modern warehousing systems, practices and methods * Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems * Highly organized with excellent prioritization, time management, and problem-solving abilities. * Experience in project management and/or sales roles * Exceptional customer service mentality * Experience working in a fast-paced start-up to scale-up environment * Proven cross-functional collaboration experience * Strong written & verbal communication skills * Familiarity with Zendesk or similar service platform is an asset * Collaborative team player with experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments. * Bonus: Background in project management, onboarding, or sales enablement is a plus Why Us?
