Job Purpose:
The Logistics and warehouse coordinator is responsible for the efficient management of warehouse activities, including production reconciliation, receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. A key focus is on ensuring accurate reconciliation of inventory with production records and ensuring adequate raw material is available for upcoming production runs. This role ensures that materials and products are handled in compliance with company procedures and health & safety regulations. operating forklifts safely and efficiently to facilitate warehouse operations.

Skills & Qualifications:
Essential:
· High school diploma or equivalent with Mathematics and / or Science and Supply chain management qualification
· Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately manage and reconcile stock records.
· Good physical stamina with the ability to lift and move heavy objects (typically up to 25lbs).
· Proven experience with purchasing, production reconciliation and inventory management.
Desirable:
· Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
· Previous experience in a food manufacturing or other production environment.
· Knowledge of health and safety regulations, particularly around warehouse equipment and forklift operations.
· Forklift certification and proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or production environment.
· Good physical stamina with the ability to lift and move heavy objects (typically up to 25lbs).
