Salary: $40–$60/hour ($80,000–$120,000 annually, commensurate with experience)

The Role:
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Refrigeration Technician to join our team. In this role, you will perform maintenance, repair, and installation of refrigeration systems, ensuring top-notch service for our clients. You will also mentor at least one apprentice, sharing your expertise to help grow the next generation of technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial refrigeration systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and ensure systems operate efficiently
- Mentor and guide apprentice technicians
- Respond to on-call service requests as part of a rotating schedule
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with clients
- Valid Refrigeration Technician license
- Red Seal certification required for out-of-province candidates
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Competitive salary of $80,000–$100,000/year ($40–$50/hour), based on experience
