*Position Details: *Permanent Full-Time
*Schedule: *4 days on, 2 days off (1500-2300)
*Compensation:* Starting at $32.84 per hour (previous experience honored and reflected in starting rate)
*For eligible applicants, this position will qualify for Status tax exemption.*

*Position Overview:*
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional nursing care to residents, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and contribute to a safe and supportive environment.
*Responsibilities:*
* Deliver direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
* Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
* Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes to the nursing team.
* Educate residents and their families on health management and wellness.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
* Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members to enhance resident care.
* Ensure compliance with facility policies and BC health regulations.
*Qualifications:*
* Valid LPN license in British Columbia (BCCN&M Registration)
* Current CPR / First Aide Certification.
* Previous experience in long-term care or a related field preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
