<p>Job Title: Licensed Industrial Millwright (433A – Ontario)</p><p>We are seeking a Licensed Industrial Millwright (433A – Ontario) with strong mechanical aptitude and electrical troubleshooting skills to support automation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and improving production equipment, supporting uptime, and driving automation-focused continuous improvement across the facility.</p><p>Job Specific Duties:</p><ul><li>Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair automated production equipment and systems.</li><li>Execute and improve preventive and predictive maintenance plans for production and warehouse equipment.</li><li>Provide hands-on support for robotics, benders, welders, and other CNC/automated machinery.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Maintenance, Quality) to optimize equipment performance and resolve recurring issues.</li><li>Assist with root cause analysis for process or equipment-related issues.</li><li>Maintain and manage critical spares inventory.</li><li>Participate in 5S initiatives and maintain a clean, organized workspace.</li><li>Provide on-call and overtime support as needed to ensure production uptime.</li></ul><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Adhere to all OHSA requirements and company safety policies.</li><li>Immediately report any hazards, defects, or safety concerns to the Supervisor.</li><li>Actively participate in maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.</li></ul><p>Experience & Requirements:</p><ul><li>Valid 433A Industrial Millwright License (Ontario) – required.</li><li>Minimum 5 years' progressive experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment.</li><li>Proven ability to read and interpret mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.</li><li>Comfortable working on a variety of automated equipment such as robotic welders, CNC tube/rod benders, etc.</li></ul><p>Preferred Skills:</p><ul><li>Experience with PLC troubleshooting and computer-assisted machinery.</li><li>Dual ticket (Electrician 442A) – preferred but not required.</li><li>Basic computer skills (Excel, Word).</li></ul><p>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent</p><p>Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour</p><p>Expected hours: 28 – 30 per week</p><p>Language:</p><ul><li>English (preferred)</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>
