Job Description:
We are seeking a Licensed Broker who is experienced in handling commercial insurance for roofing contractors specifically in the construction industry. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing relationships with clients, and providing tailored insurance solutions specific to the roofing industry. You will work closely with underwriting and support teams to meet the insurance needs of roofing businesses across Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients requiring commercial roofing insurance solutions.
Build strong relationships with roofing companies and contractors to generate leads and grow the book of business.
Educate clients on the value of tailored insurance coverage, including liability, property, and risk management solutions.
Work closely with the underwriting team to deliver appropriate solutions and provide exceptional customer service.
Utilize CRM tools, including HubSpot, to manage and track client activity and sales processes.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in the insurance industry.
RIBO licensed.
Strong understanding of commercial insurance, specifically within the construction or ideally, roofing industry.
Proven track record of building business relationships and managing client accounts.
Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot is preferred.
