By prioritizing employee growth and development, we empower everyone to reach their full potential on their own terms, because the best work happens when you are free to be yourself and share your unique expertise.</p><p>With our employees’ well-being top of mind, we offer a comprehensive and competitive Benefits Program, which includes the following:</p><ul><li>Insurance plans (Dental, medical, life insurance, disability, and more)</li><li>Retirement savings plan</li><li>Employee Assistance Program</li></ul><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Support the legal services team in various matters notably through legal research, drafting of documents and preparation of litigation files.</li><li>Provide advice to internal clients on various legal issues in collaboration with the team\'s legal counsels.</li><li>Review and draft employment contracts, policies, agreements and various legal documents.</li><li>Organize and maintain litigation files and analysis tools.</li><li>Monitor relevant legislative and regulatory changes.</li><li>Manage the receipt of proceedings and the role of administrative tribunals.</li><li>Collaborate and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for the Legal Services service offering, including the development and deployment of tools and training for internal teams.</li><li>Collect information and process requests for access to personal information.</li><li>Occasionally participate in mediations or hearings.</li></ul><h3>How to thrive in this role</h3><ul><li>You have a bachelor\'s degree in law (LLB), or the equivalent</li><li>You are a member of the Quebec Bar</li><li>You are a lawyer of up to five years of experience (this is an entry level position) motivated to develop your competencies in a dynamic corporate environment</li><li>You have some experience or have taken university courses in labour and employment law, or have a keen interest in this field</li><li>You are completely bilingual (French and English) and have excellent oral and written communication skills</li><li>You have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team</li><li>You have strong organization skills and attention to detail and demonstrate a high level of initiative and rigor in a dynamic business environment</li><li>You are familiar with most of the IT tools generally used in such positions (e.g. Microsoft Office, including Excel and Power Point, Soquij, CanLII, etc.)</li><li>You have experience or interest in data protection and privacy is an asset.</li></ul><p>Now that you can see yourself in this role, apply and join the Bombardier Team!</p><p>Please note: You don’t need all the skills, knowledge, and experience listed to apply for this position.
