Solving them takes curiosity to uncover better ways of working, candor to face challenges head-on, a customer-obsessed mindset to keep people at the center, undeniable character to do the right thing, and the competitive greatness to deliver results that matter.</p><p><br /></p><p>If thats the kind of mission you want to work hard on, youll fit right in at DashQ.</p><p><br /></p><p>About the Role</p><p>Were hiring high-energy, hospitality-minded bilingual Leasing Agents to join our Professional Services division.<br><br>As a DashQ Leasing Agent, youll be the face of the building - touring prospective renters, showcasing the lifestyle, and guiding them through the leasing process. Youll be on-site at some of the most exciting new developments in Canada, helping lease-up luxury buildings and stabilized properties alike.<br><br>Youll be supported by AI tools, a centralized call center, and a performance playbook - but youll be the one closing the deal. If you love connecting with people, have a passion for real estate, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, this role is for you.</p><p><br /></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Tour prospective renters through buildings, highlighting key features and lifestyle benefits</li><li>Guide prospects through the application process - collecting documents and initiating paperwork</li><li>Partner with the approvals team to ensure all applicant files are complete and submitted on time</li><li>Follow up with prospects as needed to ensure conversion and a smooth experience</li><li>Manage leads using DashQs leasing platform and tools (supported by AI and call center)</li><li>Represent DashQ and our clients with polish, professionalism, and energy<br><br></li></ul><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>Experience in residential leasing, property tours, or high-touch sales (1-2 years preferred)</li><li>OR: Background in hospitality, hotels, or luxury retail with a strong desire to break into real estate</li><li>High-energy, friendly, and confident in front of clients</li><li>Empathetic and engaging - you know how to ask the right questions and create connection</li><li>Organized and detail-oriented - follows process and handles paperwork accurately</li><li>Strong communicator (written + verbal), with a polished and professional presence</li><li>Speak French fluently - written and verbal<br /></li></ul><p>Benefits</p><p>In addition to the growth and impact youll have at DashQ, we offer competitive salaries along with the following benefits:</p><ul><li>Health, Dental & Vision Benefits</li><li>Three weeks of paid vacation and all standard holidays</li><li>Professional development budget for courses and certifications</li><li>Weekly catered lunch</li><li>A collaborative, values-driven work environment with room to grow<br><br></li></ul><p>Job Compensation Range</p><p>DashQ offers a competitive salary, performance-based bonus, and a strong benefits package to support your well-being and career growth.
